Interview
Very relaxed. It focused on my previous work experience as a patent agent, and why I applied to Cooley, why I transitioned from science to patent law. The whole interview was very casual and conversational.

Question 1
How do you draft a patent application? How do you draft a response to a patent office action? Do you have experience of examiner interviews, orange book, freedom to operate analysis, patent search? Why do you apply to cooley?
Interview was remote-based over two days. Half hour meetings with other agents and partners. Straightforward questions. No surprises. Interviewers were not particularly warm. Did not end up getting an offer but likely would have accepted.
