Interview
First had a screening call with their HR representative. Answered basic questions on my experience, skills and reasons to be interested in working for Coolblue. Next stage was a Skype interview with two of their senior technical employees. During that interview we had a chat about my past experience and current challenges at Coolblue. The goal of the interview was to see how I'd fit into their corporate culture.
Later I got called by HR again and was told that I am eligible for the next stage (technical interview), at the same time the lady gave me a quote on the base salary offer. The offer was less than I was looking for, and I was explained that regardless of the outcome of the technical interview Coolblue was not going to raise it. I politely refused to continue the process.
