Overall a great interview process, but the salary offered was very less.
Two Skype interview in quick succession.
Questions:
1) Basic question about your interest and current work?
2) Why Rotterdam, why cool blue?
3)Some questions regarding the profile you applied for, Hadoop, SAAS.
Task:
Task related to data mining/Hadoop. Difficult but interesting.
Called on-site:
1) Interaction with team, discussing there current work.
2) Small interview
3) Made an offer
Environment:
Very good, crazy meeting rooms. People working there are knowledgable and nice. Have pool table, tt table, game box,...etc.
Salary offered:
Too less, so less that I wont be able to meet with my expensive in Rotterdam.
Remark:
To CoolBlue: If you are planning to offer so less salary please tell the candidate before hand.
Candidate: Ask the salary. It might be very less from what you are expecting.
