Applied online. Got a call from recruiter , then went on to interview with 3 different people . People were nice but extremely disorganized with no structure. The whole process took almost 2 months but no offer at the end. I was told because of budget constraints they will not fill the position however the position is still listed on their website. I think it was a polite way of telling me NO. I would recommend you to be very weary/patient when interviewing with this company, they will “ghost” you, you have to constantly remind them about your application.
