Slideshow and 1 on 1 highlighting job expectations and the promotion stepladder. They want me to shave my beard. You work 4 days and have 3 days off and average 52.5 hours a week.

The interview process was good. In a room with other applicants learning about cookout restaurant and then waiting to be called for a one on one interview. The interviewer was nice and knowledgable about the company. Asked basic interview questions that was easy to answer.

Was asked maybe 3 questions and given a speach about the company benefits etc. Took less than 15 minutes tops. Kinda felt forced but im glad i got the job!
