Interview
The interviewer was 15 minutes late. He never made eye contact with anyone while giving his company spiel during the "group interview". He did not even look at people when asked a question by them.
50% of your pay there is based on sales bonuses he told us.
Interviews for administration/managerial positons are typically handled by HR reps. Interviews are short and to the point, with general questions about management style and philosophies. There are no curve balls or abstract questions as the entire process is designed for the HR rep to get a feel of your character/behavior.

Sent resume to corporate office... Got a call back weeks later. Drove an hour away and thought it went well.. Then got an email stating I wasnt a good fit even though the young man who interviewed acted like I was hired by going in to detail my salary..
