I did like that it was a zoom interview because I felt more comfortable at home. The interview questions felt a little outdated and too “running a business to make money”-ish I really enjoy nursing and maybe I felt like they should have asked what I can bring to the team and more on skill levels rather than “how did you solve an issue when a customer was upset” I don’t see people as customers, they need care so we are there to do our best to help.

The interview process was very easy and efficient. The process was fairly quick and organized. I enjoyed the interview process. Very satisfied with the entire interview process and the onboarding process.
