Convo Communications   interview questions

Had two interviews that seemed to go well and at the end of the second interview they let me know they would get back to me on a third interview within a week. I sent two follow up emails over the course of a month and was ghosted until about a month and a half later when I received a generic rejection email. Communication with the hiring manager was poor, asking my availability and never responding back, only sending a link to a video invite without additional context. That should have been my first red flag.
