Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with HR, followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Questions focused on project coordination, communication skills, handling deadlines, and experience managing multiple priorities. The interviewers were professional, and the overall process was organized and straightforward. I also had an opportunity to discuss company culture, expectations for the role, and future growth opportunities within the organization.

The process felt rushed, then there was silence. It felt like the management team were very unorganised.
I asked questions from management that were not answered - This was a massive red flag for me.

I was spoken to about money in a manner which gave me the impression that they were attempting to entice me to join because I can ‘make loads of money’
This was a massive shock & very off putting.
