Convertium interview questions

Doesn't follow the initial call/whatsapp from HR, but instead they contact you via direct message on LinkedIn to set up the meeting. First call is with the director, then there's a writing test. Although the deadline was given as end of the week, they sent a chaser after two days; after the submission of the test, the email correspondence slowed considerably. Unclear whether they are shorthanded or just lost track of candidates.
