Interview
It was quick and easy, the interviewer was really nice and gave ample time and space for me to answer the questions at ease. The questions were relatively easy, mostly regarding my experience in customer service and frontline sales team.

Question 1
How would your personal values contribute to your position?
Normal Interview process. Tell me about yourself etc. I would talk about your love for converse too. Make sure you are a team person. There is a lot of teamwork.
It was an online interview, self explanatory. Record yourself answering the prompts given. They gave about 2-3 mins to answer each question, and you get to review how you answered if you did not like your first take.

What was one incident that you had to step up as an individual.
It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
