Convergys Tech Support Representative interview questions

It was through a Consultancy, If I remember correctly, there were 3 rounds. HR round. Telephonic round with the Ops manager. I went through a recruitment agency. The HR came there for the interview. The interview completed in one day and I got selected.

Standard. Free flowing and very conversational. Questions asked were mainly something not written in my resume and how I handle stress. Of course as usual, HR deep dives into my career choices and why I have short employment duration from two companies before them. I honestly answered that it's for career betterment and just proved that I am here to stay.
