Great interview process. I had a chance to meet my potential Manager alongside two long standing members of the team. This gave me a great chance to ask questions around what would be expected of me. Being interviewed in this way gave me a great insight to the 'culture' of the team. I felt reassured at this time that ongoing training would be provided to keep me up to date with market trends.
