Convenient Food Mart interview questions

I had shown an interest in the management position. The manager before should have retired in 3 months. Instead, due to the lack of help or support from the owners, she walked out. She called me to come up and get her keys and they job was mine. There was NO interview process, they threw me into it blindly.
