Strung-out process.
I had an initial call with HR/TA, followed by weekly interviews with different team members. These weren’t structured interviews — more like informal, directionless conversations.
The team didn’t seem to know what they were looking for or what direction they wanted to take. They also couldn’t say how many steps were in the recruitment process — not a great sign.
Even though the informal chats seemed to go well, I received a generic, automated rejection email after following up nine days later for feedback.
Overall, the company felt disorganised, and the recruitment process dragged on due to internal confusion and a lack of direction. My experience aligns closely with several of the reviews below.
