Assessment Phase: This included a behavioral personality test followed by a technical quiz featuring math problems and data interpretation (graphs). VP of HR Interview (30 mins): A video call via Microsoft Teams focusing on culture fit and high-level expectations. Head of Engineering Interview (30 mins): A final technical/leadership discussion via Teams.
