Regarding your concerns:
1. Feedback Post-Interview: We believe in the importance of providing feedback to all candidates, as it's not just a professional courtesy, but also a learning opportunity. I’m sorry that you felt that the feedback provided (or lack off) didn’t meet this basic standard. It’s not up to standard and we need to do better - simple as that.
2. Nature of Interview Questions: Our aim has always been to understand a candidate’s abilities holistically. Whilst we understand your concerns about the theoretical questions, we often integrate these with no-code practical assessments in later stages. We appreciate your feedback and will review our interview process to ensure that it doesn’t feel like a quiz in the earlier stages as that’s definitely not what we’re aiming for.
