First a one-way video interview, they ask some questions (listed below). They will then message you and ask you to come in to the centre you applied to for an in-person interview. It consists of 2 parts, one with a conversation with the campus leader and area manager, then 1 where you simulate a customer call and basically pretend you are customer service
