Group interview through Zoom, though only one other person showed so it was just the 3 of us which made it that much more personable.
Very easy questions, interviewer was very nice and accommodating, as well as LGBTQ+ friendly which immediately put me at ease (I had my pronouns in my zoom name as well as my preferred name, and both were immediately respected and put into use).
Questions were straightforward. After the initial interview we were moved into private Zoom rooms separately and asked to read an example off of one of the scripts "in our best customer service voice", and that was the final step of the interview. The whole process took about 30 minutes.
