Fast, robust and inclusive. Was seamless from the first interaction. I wasn't treated like I was lucky to meet them it was a very equal and mutually respectful values alignment. The CEO came into the interview even though I am junior which was really unexpected and great. The company showed their values and hat they care in each interview.
