Interview
The interview process was unprofessional. I was contacted regarding a role at this company, although I was not actively looking the role matched my experience and I was excited about learning more.
We scheduled a phone interview and when the date/time came they messaged that they were running behind. I responded that was okay as I set aside an hour for our 30 minute call to make sure I had extra time in case it ran over.
The call when well and ended with them stating my experience was a great fit and they would be in contact with me after determining the timing for the next round of interviews. We ended the call and things seemed positive.
I followed up with a thank you note yet didn’t hear anything back. So I waited and never heard anything after 3 weeks and two additional follow ups.
Advice for this HR team, if you’re no longer interested or there is some change after an initial positive call have the common curtesy to let a candidate know. It takes a minute to provide an update and follow up professionally.
Was straight forward with 5 rounds including introductions.

Everyone were very helpful and understanding with clear instructions about each round.Although the interviews panned out for over a month the team were communicative and were clear about timelines.

The process was well structures, communication was consistent and each stage was designed to show off my relevant skills. The task stage was really beneficial when it came to supporting my application as it enabled me to put a lot of my experience into practice and demonstrate my capabilities .

Interview
It was a 4 step process interviewing with representatives at multiple levels of the Customer Success Organisation both online and in person interviews with a presentation.
They came across very welcoming and the questions and meetings flowed nicely. The internal recruiter kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
