I had one interview with a person from he recruitment team - the interview felt great, very comfortable, casual - felt more as a discussion. What I would advise is however to make sure to really show your passion for the role and company. For me the role wasn't something that I wanted to do and I did the interview simply because I was invited by the recruiter and wanted the practice. The recruiter could sense that I didn't have passion for the job so I wasn't invited to the next round
