The process was smooth and straight-forward. I had 5 interviews total: one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, one with a teammate, one with the skip-level manager, and one trial project panel. All post-interview communications were timely, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. The project gave me a better understanding of the work and the team, which helped in the decision making process.
