      Electrical Engineer - Combustion Interview

      2 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ravenswood, WV
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Constellium (Ravenswood, WV) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Very long interview process. I was only directed to the main building foyer and it was like no one knew/cared that I was there. Sat around for a half an hour before anyone even acknowledged I was even present. I interviewed with two groups. The first group was members of the engineering staff. Good conversation, but technical questioning by one of the engineers bordered on being hostile, and unnecessarily aggressive. Second part of the interview was with members of the management team and a HR representative. Lunch was brought in and conversation was insightful and interesting. A quick plant tour and then, absolutely nothing. No contact what so ever from any member of the Constellium team. Left me hanging for over two weeks before being informed by a recruiter that the position was being put on-hold.
