There were 3 interviews, one initial interview, one where you are asked to take a series of IQ and personality tests, and a final with the division manager. The initial interview was brief, and seemed as if it was a formality to the IQ tests. The division manager interview was very conversational, and focused on seeing how you can connect with an individual.

Seemed like they focused on quantity over quality and just pumping out interviews. Offers are lower than most other roles in similar companies. Waited in a room for 15 minutes and had a 15 - 20 minute interview on campus.

Met a recruiter in person, and scheduled an online Zoom interview. After the online interview You would schedule an in person tour and interview with a hiring manager. The interviewer was very nice and helpful
