Phone Screening was pretty straight forward. Basically reviewing your qualifications and telling you about the role.
Excel skills test (recorded)-this part was more difficult so make sure you brush up on your spreadsheet skills.

It was very transparent.
I was asked to describe strengths, challenges, and weaknesses in my previous line of work.
The individuals interviewing were easy to talk to, they held a smooth interview.
