Interview
The interaction with the interviewer left much to be desired. The person spoke very fast and was hard to understand. It was clear that quantity not quality was the name of the game here. I've had several interviews recently that I wonder how the person is even employed. The abruptness of the interaction was off-putting.

Interviewed by the company engineering manager. Asked about various experiences related to mechanical engineering, specifically design, with limited non-technical questions. Showed some of the product line. Relatively short interview compared to other positions.

Interview
I met with 4 individuals during the interview process including 3 Account Managers and 1 Hiring Manager. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and we had more of a "discussion" instead of an interview. I received an offer 1 week after the interview.
