Before the interview, they sent about 5 texts and emails trying to confirm the interview, even after I had confirmed twice. The first interview was a 5 minute group interview with 30 other candidates. After this, you fill out a questionnaire with interview questions. I got invited to the second round interview, and this was also a group interview. They texted me the zoom link almost 10 minutes late when they confirmed I would attend the interview the day before. There were only 2 interviewees. The zoom kicked us out because we ran out of time. The whole thing was incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.
