Multiple interviews! Phone and face to face. Very thorough process. They didn't make it easy. Lots of paperwork to complete. Compensation negotiation was difficult. They made you provide proof of past income.

What was a challenge you faced at work and how did you resolve it?
Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
