Interviewed over the phone with the Executive Director & Chief of Staff then had a follow up phone interview with the Chair. Shortly after I was contacted via e-mail and asked to come in that day to meet in person, which I thought was an in-person interview, but apparently I was hired. When I arrived at the office in the early afternoon, I was given paperwork to fill out and I started my first day. Was a bit awkward as I wasn't even aware I was being offered the job and there was no opportunity to accept/decline or negotiate salary.
