l processo di selezione ha previsto una fase iniziale di screening, seguita da una prova pratica che mi è stata assegnata con una scadenza precisa. Ho dedicato diverse ore a completare il compito con impegno e professionalità, rispettando i tempi concordati e cercando di dimostrare le mie competenze tecniche. Nonostante avessi richiesto un feedback sull’esito della prova, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, né positiva né negativa. Questa mancanza di trasparenza mi ha lasciato con la sensazione di aver sprecato risorse, tempo ed energie.

Long interview most likely due to the small size of their team. There was an introduction interview then 3 rounds following that. The position I interviewed for covered topics in both marketing and business development so one of the interviews was with the head of business development and the marketing director led the rest.
