I applied online through their company website. Several days later I was asked for an interview. Two staff members participated in the interview. One of the staff members was late to the interview. One of the staff members was very condescending during the entire interview and harshly judged all of my previous experience. Most technical questions were focused on specific parts of embedded C, rather than system design questions or general problem solving.

First : Phone interview. The HR reaches out basically discussing the resume. How do I fit for the role, how does my past work relate to the company? Second : Meeting with tech team and discussing the work.
