Conley Media interview questions

Conley expects reporters to work hard to cover stories. Emphasis on community journalism in spite of having a very small staff. They are looking for jacks of all trade - people who can write, take photos, develop stories and sources.

Mandatory three interviews. First is a one-on-one. Second, two-on-one. Final interview is a one-on-one. Interview the gate keeper. Interview the outside aynaylizers. They give their input and discuss you performance. They then schedule a final interview. Before community ting to giving you an offer. Interviews were about 45 minutes. Not very threatening. They are very personable people.
