The phone screening was straightforward and simple, allowing for a smooth initial process. The follow-up interview, however, offered a more comprehensive view of what it’s like to work there. During this stage, I had the opportunity to explore the company culture in greater detail and discuss my personal interests. This in-depth conversation helped align my preferences with various organizations, ensuring a good match between my skills and the potential work environment.
