Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter, for pre screening. The line of questioning was consistent with the role applied for. Not terribly in depth understanding the call was a screening interview.
The interview went about an hour.

The questions asked were focused on my professional services background: size and length of engagements, description of tough clients, how P/L was managed, KPIs tracked, etc.
