Before sharing this comment, I put a lot of thought on it. I have never shared any interview process review but I have to say something about this experience without naming the recruiter. It has been the most chaotic interview process in my life but the caveat is - I haven’t been interviewed yet! 2 weeks before Christmas I was contacted by this recruiter via LinkedIn for the mentioned position. I’m very familiar with the process and industry so I said yes. I am going to try to be short here - I still haven’t had the interview with them and today is February 4th! I have all the screenshots of the conversations via email and LinkedIn messaging. It’s embarrassing. The recruiter’s response time is absolutely awful and the attention to what I say in my messages is virtually zero. I asked around other professionals of my network that either are in the company or are being interviewed and all of them had the same comments about the process, confirming how that recruiter is chaotic. Conclusion - I have no interest in interviewing for them anymore and I took another offer.
