Had a previous co-worker from another company we were at apply for me internally who works at Confluent. Screen with recruiter went well and I was told I'd have 4 more interviews (hiring mgr, tech enablement counterpart, area VP of Sales, and VP of Tech Strategy & Enablement). Process would take 4-5 weeks, which it did.
