Pathetic and worst interview process ever.
1) Waste of time attending this process as there is no clear expectations on what is required from the customer perspective.
2) They will simply interview you, getting all the information like how a project should be managed, what is the proposal structure and agile methodologies being used in our experience and take those points with them. (This will happen when you have interviewed by the person who has less experience than you).
3) Candidates who are coming to the interview are not joke to wait for a long time just to extract data's from them and reject saying we are looking for slightly different profile. Leveraging the knowledge and implementing the same in the organisation has the trick to improve the company. This company has completely lost that.
4) If the panel is on a meeting, then this has to be clearly communicated to the people. Lame reasons as client came in at the last moment. No client in the world comes up with sudden visit and that too from US.
5) All they are looking just for the people who are people well below their experience.
