You must need excellent communication skills in various languages like hindi english tamil etc interview may last upto 5 rounds including communication skills typing skills versant test hr interview manager round it takes upto 2 days for the interview to attend all the rounds. The first round is an elimination round so be prepare for the first round which include communication skills they conduct group discussion to test your communication
Apply-Brief Skills Assessment(Personality tests and number matching)-Job-specific assessment(computer literacy,svar spoken English, typing, and email writing test)-Phone call Interview(The interviewer asked me about basic customer service/tech support questions. The interviewer was really good, listened to my answers without interruption)

The process is easy overall just score good on there basic tests, the overall process is time consuming, and always when given a choice for interview try to select the most closest date they have batches of hiring and might not hire later

Couple of assesment and then 2 rounds of virtual interview. First round lasted for one hour. General questions easy to answer In the second round/final round more situation based questions.
