As a former Tech Support Advisor, my interview process with Concentrix was straightforward but a bit surprising. After a standard phone interview focused on my technical skills, I was invited to a Zoom meeting, expecting a second interview. To my surprise, it turned out to be an orientation for new hires, not another interview.
This might have been due to the COVID-19 pandemic when everything was online, leading to quicker, less traditional hiring processes.

They explain about the job, position, timings and salary. How for 90days we can't take any leave. Then get into technical questions based on your experience and in general. Interview was for 20minutes. Interviewer spoke in 2x speed.

The interview process at Concentrix was pretty straightforward. I had a total of 4-5 interview rounds, including assessments and a typing test. The Hiring team was really good and responsive.
