Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your interviewing experience with us. We always appreciate receiving feedback as it helps us improve. We like to ask our candidates to work on a brief and present their solution to us as it's a fairer way of evaluating someone's skills than asking standard interview questions. We allow a few days to complete the brief as we understand everyone is busy but we only expect a few hours to be dedicated to it. However, we understand that it can be very disappointing to not make it to the next round of interviews after spending time and effort on a brief and presenting it to us. This can indeed be disheartening. We aim at providing feedback to the candidates when they don't pass the presentation so it remains a positive learning experience.
