Best Recruiting process that I've experinced. Lots of thoughtful touches for the candidate. 1st Round: HR Interview to discuss my experince and motivations. Advised the process and expected timeframes. 2nd Round + 3rd Round Combined Interview: Not sure if this is usually the case, or if was to accomodate me travelling to London. 2nd Round was a case study which was provided by Tigerspike that invovled a fictional change request that a client had to requested. I was given approx a week to design a response advising the client on timeframes, resource mix, project plan and scheduling etc.

3 rounds. First round was with HR to talk through CV and experiences. Second round was with a team member from the PM team. On the same day, I received a PM challenge where I had to prepare and present on the third round.
