Very easy and very brief. Kind of like to make you feel intimidated in the whole process. Feel like they don't tell you the whole side of things in the whole side of the hiring process. Very malformed and not really eager to engage.

fast, only takes around 30-45 minutes. ask to introduced ourselves, basic question like experience, about concentrix, how to handle difficult cs. ask about shifting times and etc. professional and need to know the role of the job
