interview process is simple.Total four rounds of interview first Jam session or Hr round.its based on no of people .second round is Typing,we have to type 25 wpm then we have a email writing along with essay writing about our home town.it's an rejection round where they look for punctuations and grammer .if it is cleared then final face to face round with Hr.again it's a rejection round if you dont have good communication skills.

First Online test began , after qualifying the test you can go for the next round ,then online hr interview after qualifying the hr round then you can go for the typing test then WPI test

Had gone through written test contains aptitude and customer related questions. And then personal interview and voice and accent round. In personal interview they have asked about self introduction and asked related to customer support related queries.
