Face to face interview was setup a week in advance. Besides typical interview questions, a lot of info regarding the company were hyped up basically lies to make the position and company sound better than it is. Offer was made same day

brief and basic phone screening to start, followed by an in person interview with manager and team member and doing some shadowing with the team you will be joining, lastly interview with VP going over salary, hours and other basic job duties

Basic interview questions (“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”) and background screening. Process was 1-2 weeks long. They will hire with no experience as long as you have the attitude and drive
