3 rounds of interview, followed by a discussion with the VP, Delivery. The rounds were typical project rounds with the heads of delivery, product and HR. The questions were more on the expected lines. Managing targets, budgets, customers, teams and slippages, risks and their mitigations. There were no new questions asked apart from the one listed below. The knowledge of the PMI mode of working helped me here.
