The initial interview at CTG was almost totally non-technical. Seemed to be largely a verification of the resume and assessment of inter-personal communications skills. Technical questions were asked by the client.

Phonecall to see if u understand the technical requirements
Interview to see if you match and have the requirements / experience for testing and what your expecations are.
Afterwards if u qualify u get an offer.
Very Friendly and open about the process, no experience needed, and open about the training module that you have to go through when hired. They have been very friendly and helpfull in the process
