I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Computer Task Group in Jan 2011
Interview
It went very quickly. 3 days. I was impressed with the quickness of it. Job was remote. Getting the equipment happened quickly also. Limited help in setting up the equipment though. Training began on their systems as soon as the equipment was hooked up. If you like working to put people in chairs, this is the place to work.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Computer Task Group (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2013

Was a lengthy process, spoke to many people over the phone from all levels of the company. Asked the same questions many times. Wasn't very different from most interview processes.

Past experience, knowledge of field, prior compensation, personality fit etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Computer Task Group in May 2011
Interview
Process consisted of 3 seperate phone interviews, twice with the same person, and then once with my future manager. The initial contact was great, the interview proceeded very smoothly and was easy to talk to. The follow-up with the future manager took over 2 weeks to finally happen, took about 5 minutes and was clearly a formality. The last call took place a few days later to finalize details. Overall, very easy to talk to, and quite nice people, just took a disconcertingly long time to get the 2nd call.
