The interview process was straightforward and consisted of four rounds. They inquired about my background, my previous job, and my responsibilities. The questions covered QA-related topics and behavioral aspects. I successfully progressed to the fourth round of interviews, thanks to my strong background in gaming and QA. I was hopeful about receiving an offer from the company, but unfortunately, I did not. The entire interview process spanned nearly two months. After the fourth interview, I followed up on my application but did not receive a response. Then after sometime, I was informed that at this time they are not proceeding with my application and got rejected, Was very disappointed.
Additionally, I appreciated the company's environment and the friendliness of the people. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable, which helped ease my nerves.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Compulsion Games in Aug 2023
Interview
I was head-hunted before the job was posted, had two interviews, sent over writing samples, was ghosted for a month, then rejected after the job posting went live, due to there being a high volume of applicants for the role. I'm left with a poor impression of the studio.

I applied online. I interviewed at Compulsion Games (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2022
Interview
Really good, I wrestled long and hard about whether to join them. The code team seemed small enough to have some presence on it, large enough for the scope of the game to be big enough.
