I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Complete Threat Preparedness (Vancouver, WA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The initial outreach and interview from a rank and file employee was quite positive and got me excited about the company and their aim to help people. However, after that my point of contact changed to a lady co-owner who was over and over again the definition of unprofessional. Late for every one of our interview appointments, often unprepared for the discussion at hand. Out of the blue she changed the prospect from a full time permanent job to temporary, project focused. I was asked to research and prepare a quote, which would require an NDA. I agreed, that's no problem at all, but when I reached out the following Monday to check on the status of that and other information she said would be provided by an assistant on the previous Friday, abruptly I was informed there was a change of thinking and outside help was no longer needed. 3 weeks of my time wasted on these bozos. Don't fall for their stupid games.
